Our Consulting Services fall within seven categories of technical assistance.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Execute of a variety of engagement strategies to build relationships with community and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implementation of wide-scale engagement opportunities, such as town halls and community forums.
  • Bridge gaps between government and social service institutions and its customers/constituents.

Systems Change
  • Identify structural challenges that prevent organizations from being successful and make recommendations for reform grounded in research and promising practices.
  • Work to transform Child Welfare Systems through transformational program, policy, and culture reforms.
  • Embed evidenced-based change management practices within transforming organization.

Community Building

  • Build the capacity of community members to better identify, address, and remedy challenges in neighborhoods.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and execute community-based planning efforts.
  • Facilitated and Supported the development of local governance structures.


Data and Innovation

  • Facilitate community-driven data collection and policy efforts through mechanisms such as Community-based action research (CBAR)
  • Research and analyze data to convert knowledge into action.
  • Design and conduct data collection/research methods that include key informant interviews, focus groups, facilitated community forums, and charrettes.

Communication and Marketing Strategies

  • Develop community-ready messaging that is relevant, sensitive, and culturally appropriate.
  • Utilize grassroots outreach methods to “get the word” out.


Facilitation and Meeting Design

  • Facilitate small (<20) and large (100<) groups.
  • Co-develop community meeting and community forum agendas.
  • Develop meeting timelines, meeting sequencing, and meeting design.
  • Facilitate groups to envision and develop the organizational strategic plan.


Coaching

  • Utilize a variety of coaching approaches and methodologies to conduct Individual and Group Coaching relationships.
  • Create Peer-to-Peer learning opportunities
  • Serve as “thought-partner”.
