The DEI Dinner Party is a membership-based learning and coaching community for people leading DEI and culture change inside their organizations.
The membership is led by senior coach Chrysta Wilson, the President and Senior Consultant of Wilson and Associates Coaching and Consulting, LLC. For the last 14 years, Chrysta has advised leaders and helped them develop their skills and general capacity and helped their organizations develop strategies to advance equity and lead transformations that stick.
