BIO:
Chrysta Wilson is a nationally recognized coach, strategist, and consultant with 27+ years of experience helping mission-driven leaders and organizations build connected, equitable, and high-impact workplaces.

As founder of Wilson and Associates Consulting, she blends strategy, storytelling, and systems thinking to help clients navigate change, align values with action, and cultivate cultures where people thrive. She is also the creator of the Recipe for Transformation™ framework, which guides leaders through meaningful shifts in mindset, behavior, and culture.
​
Chrysta’s career spans public policy, community organizing, entrepreneurship, and public service. After leadership roles in government and philanthropy, she launched both a consulting practice and a community bakery—ventures rooted in joy, equity, and purpose.
​
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and holds both a Master’s in Public Administration and a BS in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California.

Known for her warmth and ability to make complex ideas accessible, Chrysta brings data, humanity, and hope to every engagement. Whether facilitating a retreat, advising senior leadership, or delivering a keynote, she shows up with clarity, presence, and a commitment to transformation that lasts.
