Building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization requires we develop our skills for leading and sustaining change. These skills include self-awareness and emotional intelligence, effective communication, conflict navigation, and psychosomatic leadership. Some of the skills are tactical and technical, such as developing accountability processes or analyzing and managing power dynamics. We define DEI broadly, and our DEI Training Library consists of over 20 DEI, Leadership, and Culture Change skills that we look forward to weaving into your Learning and Development Strategy.
Building equitable and inclusive workplace cultures that honor diversity requires a strategic, results-focused approach. Our clients know that it helps to have someone in their corner who can create a tailored solution to their pressing challenges and co-create solutions. In this form of organizational development, how we support DEI & Culture Change will vary based on your goals and could include a variety of supports like coaching, facilitated employee engagement listening sessions, group coaching, or membership into our DEI and Culture Change leadership development program ("The DEI Dinner Party").
