The process begins by identifying one challenge you’re facing in your team or organization. Next you identify one aspirational goal for team culture, workplace culture, employee experience, leadership, or DEI.
You'll get a pre-session reflection tool to help you diagnose what's going on and to get clear on the one thing you want to address in your Culture Clarity Session.

Clarify The Cause
(Pre-Work and Live Session)
This clarification takes place in the pre-work as well as the live Culture Clarity Session.
In your live 90-minute virtual Culture Clarity Session, we’ll uncover causes of your challenge and barriers to your vision or goal.

Step 3:
Clarify A Strategy and Solution
(Live Session)
The majority of your live Culture Strategy session will be focused here in Step 3.

With a clear understanding of both the challenges and their causes, we’ll co-create a strategy that offers a practical solution.
